Complex Materials relies on decades of experience and understanding around material properties and extrusion processes. This has allowed us to not only develop a process for extrusion of small scale tubing with incredible performance characteristics, but to be able to adapt that process to new light metal alloys, shapes, and sizes without losing any of the intrinsic benefits of a single stage process.

OPTIMISED PERFORMANCE
Through process optimization, strength and ductility can be tailored for most tubing applications. In the tensile test specimen shown, the high elongation to break is a result of this controlled process. Tubing products can be directly extruded without pre or post process steps.

Our seamless process results in uniform material properties independent of the process conditions and material used. All linear defects and weld seams have been eliminated.
RELIABLE
Our custom extrusion process includes in situ monitoring of temperature, force, speed, and other relevant parameters. Having data for each extrusion means you can have confidence in the reliability of your end product.
CUSTOMISABLE
Application specific diameters, custom cross sections, and tailored mechanical properties can all be tuned via our unique extrusion process.
